Exterior Design
We produced a complete exterior visualization set, from street-level perspectives to aerial views. The images highlight architectural lines, façade materials, and how the building integrates into its surroundings.
Special attention was given to lighting and atmosphere, producing both daytime and nighttime views to showcase the project’s character at different moments.
Interior design & shared spaces
Our role went beyond rendering: we created the interior design for all shared areas — lobby, reception, corridors, staircases, parking garage, and communal amenities.
We defined layouts, chose furniture styles, selected materials and finishes, and planned lighting — all in a fully digital environment. Once the design was set, we produced photorealistic renders to bring these spaces to life.
Residential interior design
For the apartments, we designed and visualized a variety of layouts.
Our work included spatial planning, furniture and décor selection, and defining how each space should function and feel.
We balanced aesthetics and practicality, ensuring each interior reflected the intended atmosphere, from open-plan living areas to bedrooms and kitchens.
Amenity spaces
We also designed and visualized social areas such as lounges, dining spaces, and rooftop terraces.
These were shown at different times of the day to highlight their versatility and ambiance, with layouts and furnishings tailored to encourage both relaxation and interaction.
Aerial & context views
We produced aerial perspectives to show how the building sits within the neighborhood.
These views help potential buyers and stakeholders understand both the scale of the project and its connection to nearby streets and green spaces.
