Luxembourg-based property developer ICN imagined the future office building: Printzipal.
We were commissioned to create the marketing film and a set of CGI stills for this next-generation office building in Luxembourg.
The result blended real-life footage from Luxembourg city with realistic 3D shots of the building and surrounding area.
The story captured the workday of a Luxembourg CEO returning to the office after the pandemic.
Marc, our main character, a real-life actor, was followed by our ground camera and drone as he left behind his work-from-home life to start his first day in his brand-new office.
We explored the city and the project features that turn a business environment into a user-friendly post-covid workspace.
CGI shots were later composited into real-life footage that captured the vision of this future architecture.
