The story
APREA approached us to create the marketing images & film for a new landmark in downtown Naples.
Located along 5th Avenue, The Avenue is a mixed-use development designed to unite the sophistication of urban living with the calm of the coast.
What began as a single animation brief evolved into a full suite of 68 marketing visuals, spanning interiors, exteriors, and atmosphere studies, that shaped the narrative and the design.
Narrative-driven film
The client envisioned the film for The Avenue as a walkthrough, but our take was to make it a mood piece, a visual statement.
Like the project itself, the film we created reflects a new Naples: elegant, approachable, quietly confident.
Urban ease, coastal spirit
Rising at the threshold of Naples, The Avenue is defined by timeless architecture, bold materials, and lush integration with the landscape.
A walkable community, surrounded by parks, galleries, beaches, and marinas.
A unified interior language
We collaborated with Nainoa and MHK Architecture to create refined interiors centered on spatial continuity.
Materiality, flow, and light merge in a series of spaces designed for both retreat and connection.
A palette of natural finishes and thoughtful volumes bridges indoors and out.
The interiors champion seamless indoor-outdoor living.
Inspired by the Florida light and Gulf breezes, the palette and textures flow between terraces and lounges, kitchens and courtyards, inviting residents into an experience of spatial unity and refined tranquility.
